Do you know that even with the necessary declarations and work permits, you can illegally employ a foreigner?

Example:

The candidate Ivan comes to company X with a valid residence card. The company thinks Ivan has legal residence (as evidenced by the residence card), and can legally employ him (because the residence card says “Access to the Labor Market”), so he signs a contract with the candidate. During an inspection by the National Labor Inspectorate, it turns out that the company employs an employee illegally, as a result of which he receives a financial penalty of PLN 30,000, and Ivan is deported.
